Lion Motors Year-End Cashback Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
1.1. The Lion Motors Year-End Cashback Promotion (the “Promotion”) is an exclusive offer for customers who purchase a vehicle from Lion Motors Ltd within the promotion period.
1.2. One lucky customer will be randomly selected to receive a cashback refund of their vehicle purchase price, up to a maximum of £5,000.
1.3. This is a trade promotion and does not require a gambling license under UK law.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The Promotion runs from January 1st to December 31st each calendar year (“Promotion Period”).
2.2. The winner will be selected and announced on January 5th of the following year.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The Promotion is open to individuals who:
a) Purchase a vehicle from Lion Motors during the Promotion Period.
b) Are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
c) Are residents of the United Kingdom.
3.2. Employees of Lion Motors, their immediate family members, and anyone connected to the promotion are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Customers who purchase a vehicle during the Promotion Period are automatically entered into the draw.
4.2. Only one entry per vehicle purchase. Multiple vehicle purchases will count as separate entries.
5. Prize Details
5.1. The winner will receive a cashback refund equivalent to their vehicle purchase price, up to a maximum of £5,000.
5.2. If the purchase price is less than £5,000, the winner will receive the full amount paid.
5.3. The cashback will be issued via bank transfer or cheque within 14 days of the winner being announced.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
6.1. The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries on January 5th of the following year.
6.2. The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
6.3. The winner will be notified via phone and email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6.4. The winner agrees to allow Lion Motors Ltd to use their name and image for promotional purposes (unless they opt out).
7. General Terms
7.1. The Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
7.2. Lion Motors Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.3. Any disputes will be subject to the laws of England & Wales.
