Lion Motors £5 Car & Cash Prize Club – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Lion Motors £5 Car & Cash Prize Club (“Promotion”) operated by Lion Motors Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No: 16120490).
By entering this Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Promotion Format
This is a quarterly prize draw, with a new prize every 3 months. The first draw will take place on 20th December 2025, before Christmas. Future draw dates and prizes will be announced separately via Lion Motors’ social media and website.
2. Current Prize (December 2025 Draw)
The winner of the first draw will receive either:
Option A – Volkswagen Golf (approx. value £4000)
Supplied fully serviced with a valid MOT at the time of handover. Insurance and road tax are the sole responsibility of the winner. The car must be collected from Lion Motors Ltd, Farnborough, Hampshire within 14 days of winner confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Option B – £2,500 Cash Alternative
Paid via bank transfer within 7 working days of winner confirmation. The winner must confirm their preferred prize within 48 hours of notification.
3. How to Enter

Follow the payment instructions provided. Provide your full name and contact number when confirmed. All paid entries will be recorded and securely logged.

Limit of one free entry per person per draw. Duplicate entries may be removed. Paid and free entries are treated equally in the draw.
4. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. One winner per household per draw. Employees or agents of Lion Motors Ltd are not eligible to enter.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement
Winner will be selected using randomised digital software, recorded for transparency. Draw Date: 20th December 2025. Winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 24 hours. If no response is received within 48 hours, Lion Motors reserves the right to select a new winner. Winner’s first name and town may be announced publicly.
6. Cancellation, Amendments & Rights Reserved
Lion Motors Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. If cancelled before the draw date, all paid entrants will be either transferred to the next draw or refunded upon request. Lion Motors Ltd’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lion Motors Ltd is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any reason (including technical errors). Except in cases of fraud or negligence resulting in personal injury, Lion Motors Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in this Promotion.
8. Intellectual Property & Rights Reserved
All promotional content, branding, and materials related to the Promotion are the intellectual property of Lion Motors Ltd. All rights reserved. No content may be copied or redistributed without written consent.
9. Previous Campaign Conversion
Lion Motors previously advertised a £5,000 promotional giveaway, which has now been modified and replaced by this Car & Cash Prize Club format. All previous Lion Motors customers and registered participants from that promotion will automatically receive one free entry into the December 2025 draw.
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
